With over two decades of experience in the inbound tourism industry, the founder of U2Panda Tour. I previously worked for the Canadian travel company GAdventure and was awarded the title of the best global tour leader for three consecutive years. In 2016, established U2Panda Tour, focusing on high-end customization and in-depth industrial visits. Currently, we are a long-term service provider for leading brands such as HH Travel, wild China Travel, and BMW Legend Journey.etc In 2024 and 2025, we have consecutively received industry honors such as the Customized Tour Excellence Award and the Innovative Experience Excellence Case from the China Travel Service Association.

Based on a profound insight into the transformation of the inbound market from “Consumption China” to “Opportunity China”, Charles initiated the establishment of the “Inbound China Content Service Provider Alliance (ICSP)” at the end of 2025, putting forward the core proposition of “upgrading from tourism service providers to China content service providers”, and is committed to converting China’s industrial resources into commercial content that is experiential, tradable, and repeatable.

Jane (Cun Xiaoqin)

Representatives of China’s ethnic minorities, emerging forces in the inbound tourism industry. Founded Yunnan Xingchen Culture and Tourism in 2019, it has received numerous honors such as “Top 100 Domestic Quality Travel Agents” and “Inbound Tourism Quality Service Provider”, specializing in the planning and implementation of family vacations and business trips.

Meanwhile, she runs a local-themed inn in Lijiang, dedicated to sharing the commercial tales of theTea Horse Road and the most authentic Naxi ethnic culture with a wider audience.

Based on a profound understanding of the value extension of inbound tourism, Jane actively practices the concept of “China Content Service Provider”, hoping to enable more overseas travelers to see the development opportunities in China and jointly promote the upgrade and transformation from “tourism service” to “China content service”.

Andy Tan (Tan Hai-Feng)

With nearly 50 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Mr. Tan Haifeng is the founder of Fullwin Holidays and the executive president of the Foshan Travel Agency Association.

Since 1978, he has been involved in the Chinese travel agency industry, witnessing and participating in the entire process of China’s tourism industry from its infancy to its current boom.

As a seasoned industry practitioner, he established Fullwin Holidays in 2010, focusing on government Fullwin and high-end business reception services. With innovative vitality and a comprehensive service system, the company has successfully hosted numerous high-profile international events, including the Global Chinese Reunion Conference in Nanhai.

He had set industry benchmarks with their unique planning, outstanding service, and diverse immersive experiences, earning wide acclaim from both domestic and international clients.

In recent years, Mr. Tan Haifeng has keenly observed that inbound tourism in China is evolving from “seeing China” to “understanding China” and “buying China”, and there is an urgent need to transform China’s industrial resources into modern content that is perceptible, interactive, and convertible.

Leveraging his unique advantage of being rooted in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the forefront of China’s industrial innovation, and his decades of in-depth experience in the front line of reception services, Mr. Tan Haifeng joined the “Inbound China Content Service Provider Alliance (ICSP)” in 2025. He is committed to promoting the transformation of tourism reception institutions into “China content service providers”, offering global travelers a deeper, more valuable, and contemporary narrative of China.

I’m  Lily, a native of Shanxi with 18 years of profound experience in the tourism industry. With solid professional expertise and sincere local cultural sentiment, I focus on reshaping China’s travel content and creating customized itineraries that are rich in culture, warmth and depth. As a member of the Inbound China Service Providers Alliance (ICSP), I work with fellow partners to drive the transformation of traditional tourism reception into “China Content Service Providers” and present a diversified China to the world from a more professional perspective.

We not only showcase magnificent landscapes, but also deeply display intangible cultural heritage, local cuisine, ancient cultural context, as well as modern technology and intelligent manufacturing. We lead overseas visitors into real streets and communities to immerse themselves in oriental heritage and local vitality. I am committed to providing in-depth travel products and solutions covering culture, education, business, technology and more for international guests, building a bridge for cross-cultural communication and letting the world discover a vivid, unique and deeply fascinating China that integrates tradition and modernity.

Grace (Li Ailing)

She has over 20 years of experience in China’s travel industry. She is the founder of the Travel Circle platform and serves as the Vice President of the Online Tourism Branch of the Shanghai Tourism Association.
Prior to founding Travel Circle, Ms. Li held the position of Vice President at a well-known internet-based travel company in China. In 2013, she established Travel Circle, a leading tourism supply chain platform in the country, which has been recognized for several consecutive years with awards such as “Top 100 B2B E-Commerce Companies in China” and “China’s Best Tourism Platform Award.”

Ms. Li specializes in the integration of China’s tourism resources and product upgrading, maintaining deep partnerships and privileged access to major hotel brands and resorts. She has consistently driven innovation in themed and specialized travel products, building extensive experience and service capabilities in areas such as family travel, Chinese cultural study tours, industrial tourism, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) travel.

Her company is supported by a highly professional team of tour guides, who are widely acclaimed by domestic and international clients for their exceptional service and in-depth interpretation of Chinese culture. Leveraging its industry influence and innovative spirit, the company successfully hosted large-scale industry exchange summits in 2022 and 2025, each attracting over a thousand participants, providing an excellent platform for collaboration and development within China’s tourism sector.

Based in Shanghai—a premier gateway city for inbound tourism to China—Ms. Li, in her role as Vice President of the Shanghai Tourism Association, has been actively involved in the promotion of China’s inbound tourism market and the enhancement of travel products and services. She is dedicated to offering international visitors a more convenient and higher-quality travel experience. Her services go beyond sightseeing to include travel solutions that offer foreign visitors deeper insights into Chinese culture, education, business, technology, healthcare, and wellness.In 2025, Ms. Li joined the Inbound China Content Service Provider Alliance (ICSP), where she works with fellow partners to drive the transformation of travel service providers into “China Content Service Providers,” delivering high-quality solutions and reception services to partners.

Over the past decade, I have continuously honed my expertise across the industry—from frontline services to product development, from route planning to team management—systematically understanding the essence of tourism: it is not merely spatial movement but a profound dialogue between culture and the soul. This accumulated knowledge culminated in my entrepreneurial journey three years ago when I founded my own travel company, determined to present the Northwest China region I deeply cherish to fellow travelers through more focused and immersive experiences.

Starting out as a frontline tour guide, moving on to backstage operation and itinerary planning, and now taking charge of overall management, I have a thorough command of every step in on-site reception. I possess an in-depth knowledge of local core resources and maintain strict quality control across all processes. Over the years, I have persisted in innovation, continuously exploring new ways to experience regional culture and create distinctive, in-depth travel products.

Building on our extensive experience in inbound tourism, we deeply understand the cultural preferences and travel needs of international guests. We have evolved from traditional high-end custom travel into a professional cultural tourism content service provider. We create tailored content products for inbound visitors while actively promoting cross-industry integration. We have established in-depth partnerships with local traditional Chinese medicine wellness institutions, medical equipment manufacturers, breweries, and well-known private enterprises. We provide one-stop customized solutions and full-process implementation services for business professionals and corporate teams, including business inspections, negotiations, investment matchmaking, and more.

With over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, Jake Huang is a shareholder of Zhangjiajie Tianma International Travel Service Co., Ltd. He leads a high-quality team of English-speaking, multilingual, and minor-language-speaking guides known for their strong professionalism, excellent service mindset, and deep industry expertise. Throughout his career, Jake has remained committed to brand building and integrity, earning the trust of both clients and industryy peers.

Rooted in the local community with a global vision, Jake has successfully expanded into the inbound tourism market, with clientele spanning Europe, the United States, South Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. His company has consistently ranked among the Top 10 Inbound Travel Agencies in Zhangjiajie. The company has also organized major sports tourism events, such as the Hunan Province’s First “Around Tianmen Mountain” International Cycling Invitational and the 7th Tianmen Mountain “Heavenly Road” Cycling Challenge, among other themed events. Shelley (Zhao Wei)

She has been deeply involved in the inbound tourism market of Xi’an for three decades, starting as a front-line tour guide and gradually growing into a leading figure of the team. Currently, she works for China Kanghui Xi’an International Travel Service Co., Ltd., one of the top 100 international travel agencies in China and a representative of the Xi’an Tourism Association, a leading organization. She has been deeply engaged in the construction of industry standards and the promotion of the destination.

The reception team she leads has been voted the “Most Popular Inbound Reception Team” by international tourists for consecutive years and has successively won the “Outstanding Contribution Award for Inbound Tourism” in Shaanxi Province and the “Inbound Service Excellence Award” on the industry list of the China Travel Service Association. With nearly 30 years of experience in inbound tourism and cultural tourism in Xinjiang, he heads a well-established travel service in Xinjiang, specializing in domestic and international tourism, study tours and high-end reception.

Based on the Silk Road’s regional and ethnic cultural characteristics, he develops in-depth inbound experience products, promotes the upgrading of Xinjiang’s tourism industry to a content service model of “Understanding Xinjiang, Experiencing China”, and presents a true and diverse image of western China to the world.

My name is Tony. I graduated from Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou in 1990, majoring in German Language and Literature. Afterwards, I worked for China International Travel Service Inner Mongolia as Manager of the Europe and America Department. In 2004, I founded Inner Mongolia Peace Travel Service Co., Ltd. Since the start of my career, I have been committed to the European and American markets.

During my career, I was seconded to the Head Office of China International Travel Service, through which I accumulated extensive experience in sales and product planning.Our team members are strictly selected, and all staff are highly professional and dedicated. We have maintained a zero-complaint record since 2006.
